Led and supported research initiatives and facilitated multiple strategy development processes for $120M in funding for a major U.S. Foundation to enhance support mechanisms for communities facing threats from authoritarianism in the U.S; allocated resources to empower social movements combating structural injustice; advocated for the promotion of independent media as a cornerstone for fostering a robust and flourishing democracy.
Steered the design and implementation of Nigeria's "digital lab" model to bolster public service capacities for digital transformation to ensure timely, efficient delivery of digital solutions targeting key developmental outcomes, and advancements and innovation in public service delivery.
Designed and launched a community of practice to enhance capacities and foster collaboration in the evidence-informed decision-making practice across Africa for a network of over 5000 members and a major U.S. foundation.
